1. Access Pass & Subscription
TeleExpense Tracker is a Telegram-based bot offered by Youth Money Mojo SG. Access to the bot's full features requires a valid access pass, which must be purchased via Stripe. Each pass is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of payment and does not auto-renew. Users may purchase multiple passes in advance, and each additional pass will extend their access accordingly.

2. What You Get
By subscribing, you are granted access to use the bot's features, including integration with your personal Google Sheet to log and manage expenses. Without a valid subscription, the bot will not function beyond basic onboarding.

3. Refund Policy
All purchases are considered non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds beyond the 7-day window are evaluated case-by-case.

4. Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of excessive or automated use that may impact system performance or violate the intended purpose of the bot.

5. YMM Coins & Redemption
Users may earn and use YMM Coins to redeem additional access to the bot. Each "month" redeemed equals 30 calendar days of access, which is added to your current subscription period. Redemptions are non-refundable and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Support
Customer support is offered on a best-effort basis via our Telegram group chat. We aim to respond to queries within 72 hours but cannot guarantee a fixed response time.

7. Data Ownership & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of your Google Sheet and its contents. By using TeleExpense Tracker, you grant the bot read and write access to your specified Google Sheet solely for the purposes of expense tracking and report generation.

8. Promo Codes
Promo codes may be issued and do not affect standard subscription terms unless explicitly stated.

9. Transfer of Access
Subscriptions are tied to your Telegram User ID and are non-transferable.

10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or external platform changes. If service is disrupted because of platform changes beyond our control, we will use best efforts to restore full functionality as soon as reasonably possible and/or offer an alternative solution.

11. Service Termination & Sunset Clause
In the event that TeleExpense Tracker is permanently shut down, refunds will only be issued for paid access passes (i.e. passes purchased via Stripe) if you have at least 1 full year of unused access remaining, and will be capped at a maximum of 2 years. Access obtained solely through YMM Coin redemptions is not eligible for a refund.

12. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Stripe may collect payment details, email, and country information to localize pricing and currency. Prices may vary depending on your location and are displayed dynamically where applicable.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By using TeleExpense Tracker, you agree to these terms in full.

14. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. All changes will be reflected on this page.
